DYNAMICPT
How Liens Studios brought a long-established 10-year domain back into compounding organic growth — 455 clicks and 51,800 impressions in the first 28-day window after the SEO rebuild.
Reawakening a domain that had gone silent for three years.
Dynamic PT is a 10-year-old physical therapy and acupuncture practice with three Los Angeles locations, a long history of treating PI patients on a lien basis, and a domain old enough to have weathered every Google update of the past decade.
That signal had gone quiet. The last meaningful organic milestone was January 27, 2023. Then nothing. Three years of silence on a domain with real underlying authority.
Liens Studios came in March 2026. The rebuild went live April 1. We shipped a programmatic engine that brought a long-established domain back into compounding organic growth inside one month.
Wake the domain. Then dominate city + service + condition queries across LA County.
A complete technical foundation,
rebuilt for scale.
A clean professional aesthetic that signals credibility for both PI patients researching providers and attorneys vetting medical partners. Every layout serves the booking moment first.
The majority of "PT near me" and "car accident chiropractor" queries happen on phones, often immediately post-incident. Hero, location switcher, and call-to-book tuned for one-thumb operation across all viewports.
Next.js App Router with SSG powers the entire programmatic surface. Every city, service, and condition page renders pre-built and indexable on first crawl. Vercel edge delivery keeps Core Web Vitals green at scale.
Established domain. New playbook. Zero margin for slow starts.
The domain hadn't logged a 350-click 28-day window since January 2023. Three years of organic quiet on a domain with real underlying authority. The legacy architecture needed modernizing for the current Google landscape before any new ranking signals could compound.
Dynamic PT serves PI patients on a lien basis and standard insurance-paying patients in parallel. The architecture had to surface "car accident PT in Encino" and "physical therapy in Glendale" with equal authority, without bleeding intent across audiences.
Glendale, Woodland Hills, and Van Nuys — with hyperlocal coverage extending into the surrounding LA neighborhoods patients actually search from. Each clinic needed full coverage by service and condition, built around how locals actually find care after an accident.
The team needed proof the new approach was working. Programmatic deployment, schema rollout, internal linking, and indexation pipeline all had to ship in parallel from day one. No phased plan. No slow starts.
Three systems built to compound on each other.
Modern Next.js rebuild from the ground up. Refreshed on-site fundamentals: standardized NAP citations for every clinic, full LocalBusiness, MedicalOrganization, and FAQPage schema, tightened canonicals, meta, and contact infrastructure end to end. Restore signal quality first, then push for new rankings.
Foundation · Tech SEOThe same playbook proven on Eazy Liens, retuned for a multi-location physical practice. Every search permutation across LA County: city by service, city by condition, neighborhood by specialty, freeway corridor by accident type. 6,000+ pages from structured data, written to be useful first and indexable second.
Strategy · Engineering87,436 internal links engineered into the architecture. Every leaf page surfaces a curated path back to its parent location, sibling services, and main conversion pages. Link equity flows where it ranks. Home and about each receive 10,000+ links. No orphaned pages anywhere on the site.
